We are looking for someone who can start by mid-November at the latest and who is available at least until the end of March, with some flexibility for a limited extension if needed. The role is open on a part-time basis, for a minimum of 3 days per week and preferably 4 days per week.\nShape the future with confidence.\nThe Opportunity: Your Next Adventure Awaits?\nAs an Internal Communications Specialist at EY Belgium, you will support the team in delivering clear, timely and engaging communications to our people. You will work closely with the Internal Communications Lead and other members of the Brand & Growth team. Your focus will be on the day-to-day delivery of internal communications, ranging from internal campaigns and content creation to hands-on communication support for stakeholders across the organization.\nA particular focus will be on supporting our Markets and People communications, as well as communications around key topics such as AI, ESG and other business and people priorities. The role combines content creation with coordination and stakeholder support. You will help translate sometimes complex messages into communications that are clear, relevant and engaging, while ensuring colleagues can easily access the information they need.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nInternal communications and campaigns: Support the planning and execution of internal communication campaigns and initiatives, including content creation, implementation and follow-up.\nContent creation: Write, edit and adapt engaging content for our different internal communication channels and audiences.\nMarkets and People communications: Provide hands-on communication support for ongoing Markets and People initiatives, helping translate priorities and updates into relevant communications for colleagues.\nStrategic topics: Support communications around important themes such as AI, ESG and other topics relevant to our business and our people.\nStakeholder support: Work with internal stakeholders to help them communicate their messages effectively, clearly and in a timely way.\nVideo and visual storytelling: Where relevant, support the creation of visual or video content.
