About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Coordinator to support our recruitment activities and help create a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, coordinating multiple activities, and building experience in Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers.
• Manage interview calendars, meeting arrangements, and any scheduling changes.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Support recruiters with recruitment administration and day-to-day coordination.
• Maintain accurate candidate and interview information in recruitment systems and trackers.
• Prepare interview materials and support pre-employment documentation where required.
• Follow up with candidates and internal stakeholders to keep recruitment activities moving.
• Handle candidate information with appropriate confidentiality.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, coordination, customer service, or a similar role.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable coordinating multiple schedules and priorities.
• Proactive, dependable, and willing to learn.
• Confident using Microsoft Office applications and comfortable learning new systems.
