recruitment activities and help create a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams.\nThis is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, coordinating multiple activities, and building experience in Talent Acquisition.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and interviewers.\nManage interview calendars, meeting arrangements, and any scheduling changes.\nCommunicate with candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive and professional experience.\nSupport recruiters with recruitment administration and day-to-day coordination.\nMaintain accurate candidate and interview information in recruitment systems and trackers.\nPrepare interview materials and support pre-employment documentation where required.\nFollow up with candidates and internal stakeholders to keep recruitment activities moving.\nHandle candidate information with appropriate confidentiality.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nDiploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.\n0-2 years of experience in recruitment, HR administration, coordination, customer service, or a similar role.\nStrong organisational skills and attention to detail.\nGood written and verbal communication skills.\nComfortable coordinating multiple schedules and priorities.\nProactive, dependable,
