Our multicultural team combines strategy, architecture, engineering and innovation to deliver modern data platforms and AI-enabled solutions for leading organizations.\nWe are looking for a Lead Data Architectto shape enterprise-scale data platforms, advise clients on architectural decisions, and lead the delivery of innovative data solutions using technologies such as Azure, Databricks, Snowflake and emerging AI capabilities.\nThis role combines technical leadership, client engagement and solution architecture in a fast-growing and collaborative environment.\nWhat you'll do\nAs a Lead Data Architect, you will play a key role in defining and delivering modern data and AI solutions from strategy through implementation.\nKey Responsibilities :\nLead the architecture and design of modern cloud-based data platforms and analytics solutions.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor to clients, translating business objectives into scalable technical architectures.\n\nDefine architecture standards, reference designs and best practices for enterprise data platforms.\n\nGuide teams on data modeling, data governance, integration patterns, ETL/ELT frameworks and data quality.\n\nCollaborate with Data Engineers, AI Specialists, Product Owners and Business Stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.\n\nSupport pre-sales activities including solution shaping, estimation, discovery workshops and proposal development.\n\nEvaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to enhance our AI & Data offerings.\n\nMentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence and continuous learning.\n\nContribute to reusable accelerators, reference architectures and innovation initiatives within the AI & Data CoE.\n\nWhat we're looking for\nRequired\nStrong experience in Data Architecture, Solution Architecture or Data Engineering Architectureroles.\n\n10+ years of relevant experience.\n\nProven experience designing and delivering modern cloud-based data platforms.\n\nExpertise in data architecture, data modeling and enterprise data platform design.\n\nHands-on experience with Azure, Databricks and/or Snowflake.\n\nExperience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work directly with clients and business leaders.\n\nFluent English and Spanish.\n\nPreferred\nExperience within consulting, professional services or large-scale transformation programs.\n\nExperience supporting pre-sales activities, proposals and solution estimations.\n\nKnowledge of data governance, data management and enterprise architecture practices.\n\nExposure to AI, Analytics and Generative AI initiatives.\n\nOur commitment to diversity & inclusion\nWe are genuinely passionate about inclusion and we support individuals of all groups;
