In this role, you will primarily focus on defining data strategy and migration approaches, shaping practical AI-enabled solutions, and guiding execution. You will help clients understand required changes across their data landscape, business processes, and operating models, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.\nThe opportunity\nOur team is one of largest M&A groups of advisors, focusing on transformation advice for private and public clients. Our deep sector knowledge, our global network with local market experts, enable us to add real value to our client’s projects.\nYour key responsibilities\nSupport end-to-end data and AI workstreams in strategic and complex transformations, or M&A transactions such as Day 1 readiness, integration / separation approach, etc.\nContribute to data strategy, governance, architecture, and migration discussions, including data separation, integration, quality, and optimization\nIdentify valuable data and AI use cases in client environments, assess feasibility and risks, and proactively bring improvement ideas\nAssess data landscapes and AI capabilities, identifying business-critical dependencies, operating model improvements, risks, opportunities, and investment requirements\nCoordinate complex data migration, separation, consolidation, and rationalization initiatives and manage relations with client stakeholders, including C-level\nDevelop high-quality client deliverables (presentations, assessments, migration strategies, business cases) with a strong storyline and executive focus\nTranslate business needs into scalable, data-driven and AI-enabled solutions across business and technology domains\nApply Microsoft Copilot Studio and other approved AI tools in day-to-day work to accelerate research, analysis, content creation, solution design and prototyping\nDesign and configure practical AI solutions, including copilots, agents, prompts, and simple low-code automations\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nAt least 6 years of experience in data transformation, technology project management, or IT consulting, including data strategy, migration, integration, separation, or consolidation\nStrong understanding of enterprise data landscapes, data flows, dependencies, data quality, and governance principles\nHands-on experience defining and coordinating data migration approaches, including scope, roadmaps, waves, reconciliation, cutover, and stabilization\nAbility to translate business objectives into clear data capabilities, priorities, and practical data and AI initiatives\nMinimum 2 years of practical experience using Microsoft Copilot Studio or comparable enterprise AI tools, including configuring agents, reusable prompts, knowledge sources, or low-code workflows\nStrong understanding of generative AI, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and integration with enterprise applications and data\nUnderstanding of responsible AI, data privacy, security, access control, and human oversight in enterprise use cases\nStrong project management and stakeholder management skills, including risks, issues, dependencies, resource planning, and communication with senior stakeholders\nAbility to develop decision-ready recommendations, business cases, cost estimates, and value cases, and to travel across the EU up to 20% annually\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience in M&A transactions, including data separation, integration, migration, or transformation\nExperience applying AI to M&A projects, e.g. integrations, carve-outs, or post-deal value creation\nExperience assessing data landscapes, migration readiness, critical data objects, dependencies, quality, and ownership\nUnderstanding of data governance, metadata, master data, reporting, analytics, and cloud data platforms\nPractical experience with Power Platform, or comparable low-code AI tools\nUniversity degree in a field related to business, data, technology, or analytics\nAlready gained experience in an international environment\nRelevant AI solutions, cloud or data certifications\nWhat we look for\nAs we are a dynamic team of passionate specialists, and we work in international teams all over the world, we will look for the same business acumen.
