You are a driven workplace services professional who enjoys working in tandem with your colleagues while striving to understand and anticipate customer’s needs to exceed expectations. Your key responsibilities also include\nMail/Courier: sorting, distributing documents & packages, as well as preparing documents & packages for delivery, including heavy/awkward parcels\nOrganization: Keep mailroom space organized and tidy\nSupply provisioning & inventory control: Order and maintain mail/courier supplies\nProvide backup support to print production operations: preparing files for print, scanning, operating production equipment such as printers, cutters and laminators.\nInteract with internal clients in person, and via email to capture specifications and expedite work orders\nPerform physical tasks such as lifting print or mail materials and standing for extended periods\nSupport with other occasional duties as assigned\nOvertime required as needed\nThis position is fully on-site and requires the individual to work from the Toronto office.\nSkills and attributes for success\nCommitted to contributing to a strong team culture to ensure success\nDevelop and maintain relationships to efficiently leverage expertise\nSound judgement regarding confidential and sensitive matters\nProven ability to meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nExceptional client service experience\nMail, courier or printing experience \nAptitude to differentiate when to act independently or team with others\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nProfessional services firm experience\nFamiliarity with volume-based operations is considered a strong asset\nPost-secondary education\nWhat we look for\n\nWe are looking for candidates who are highly motivated, analytical, logical thinkers and have a very strong attention to detail and the ability to meet multiple and/or unexpected deadlines in a demanding environment.\nWhat we offer\n\nThe EY benefits package is designed to support your physical, emotional, financial, and social wellbeing.
