This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of a new service offering.\nYour key responsibilities\nKnowledge on Financial Planning and Budgeting Processes, Financial Consolidation, Cost Allocation and Controllership, EPM tools\n Focus on the design and implementation of operating models in BPRA\nDesign, configuration and implementation of BPRA processes in EPM tools\nLead forecasting and financial planning process (Budgeting and long-range financial plan) for the client/enterprise by analyzing the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenditures, profit margin etc.\nTransform the overarching company strategy into a long-range plan, annual budget, capital budgets and forecast\nAdvice capital allocation plan, revenue plan, Opex/Capex plan, and key cost drivers to create / revise Income statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Forecasts\nModel how BPRA teams use information from multiple sources to model new assumptions, run sensitivity analysis and test alternatives, leverages analytical models and systematic projections (using in market expectations and other macro-trends) to identify updates required\nReview and explain key drivers, managing risks and opportunities, and updated forecast with Regional and Local leads, consolidating submissions and revisions from BUs, adjustments made as needed\nProvide regular/ad hoc strategic support to executive leadership (onshore/client) and provide support on current and future outlook, target setting outcome etc.\nIdentify improvement opportunities in BPRA domain\nProcess re-design and optimisation (AS-IS & TO-BE) leveraging BPM tools\nIdentification of KPIs for CXO reporting and dashboarding\nPerform vendor analysis and prepare relevant analysis reports for clients\nConfiguration and know how on activity-based costing models\nPartner directly with onshore finance teams/clients to collaborate on metrics, goals and business reviews\nPerform cost Accounting & cost categorization (People & Non people cost)\nStandardisation and streamline close processes leveraging leading practices and technology\nCoA design/re-design as per management and statutory reporting needs\nBuild Management Reporting in tools like Power BI / Tableau / Qlik Sense / OneStream / Jedox / Anaplan / Hyperion / Board EPM\nGood Knowledge on ledger and sub-ledger systems; technical know-how of SAP ERP / HANA, Oracle GL (good to have)\nKnowledge in finance functions - ‘Record to report’, processes i nvolving account reconciliations, Journals, Transaction matching, Variance analysis, intercompany and Fixed assets accounting / management (Good to have process knowledge of Procure to Pay and Order to Cash)\nWorking knowledge of GBS / SSC setup engagements\nShould have knowledge of activities in financial close of an organisation for month / Quarter / Annual close periods\nTranslate business requirements to technical language and model (good to have)\nManaging/ supervising teams of people on project work\nAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure\nOpen to travel (Domestic & International)\nSkills and attributes for success\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders, tasks and adapt to a changing environment\nMust be organized, focused, and driven to meet established deliverable deadlines\nAbility to lead client workshops and guide on BPRA vision and strategy\nAgile, Learnability and problem-solving approach\nConsulting experience is a must have\nConfident & professional communication style\nProficiency in English (oral and written)\nAbility to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences\nFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations\nAble to work effectively at all levels in an organization\nMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others\nStrong analytical skills as well as excellent problem-solving skills for interpreting the IFRS standards\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nCA, CFA, CPA, OR Master’s in business administration in Finance\n10-15 years of work experience in BPRA projects\nStrong Excel and PowerPoint skills\nAnaplan/Tagetik/Oracle PBCS and EPBCS/Power BI/Tableau/OneStream/Board and relevant EPM tools\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nFinance Transformation\nGBS/SSC Setup\nProject management skills, IFRS Implementation / IFRS Reporting Experience\nExposure to tools like ERP, EPM tools, Visio, ARIS, etc.\nWhat we look for\nA Team of people with commercial acumen, technical experience and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment\nOpportunities to work with EY Advisory practices globally with leading businesses across a range of industries\nWhat working at EY offers\nAt EY, we’re dedicated to helping our clients, from world’s top companies - and the work we do with them is as varied as they are.\nYou get to work with inspiring and meaningful projects.
