The role is highly operational and customer-facing, supporting new joiners, leavers, PC refresh activity, and wider IT projects while ensuring accurate asset records and strict adherence to EY security, lifecycle, and governance processes. The role includes physical activity and direct engagement with EY personnel.\nKey Responsibilities\nReceive, store, issue, and dispose of IT hardware and consumables in line with defined processes\nMaintain accurate hardware asset records in ServiceNow, including IMAC updates\nCarry out regular physical stock takes and investigate discrepancies\nBuild, image, configure, and prepare PCs for new joiners, replacements, loan devices, and lost/stolen scenarios\nDiagnose PC faults and raise support tickets with hardware manufacturers\nPerform end-user data and settings migrations following standard checklists\nAllocate devices to engineers and manage returns to IT Stores\nIssue laptops and peripherals to new starters and manage leaver returns\nInstall additional software and perform quality assurance checks\nSupport PC refresh programmes, office moves, events, and other IT projects\nAdhere to all EY Information Security, asset security, and lifecycle management policies\nProvide professional, responsive customer service and escalate issues where required\nSkills & Experience\nExperience in a customer-focused, professional services or IT support environment\nStrong administrative and asset management experience with high attention to detail\nGood working knowledge of PC hardware, software builds, and IT equipment lifecycles\nConfident working with asset management and ordering systems (e.g. ServiceNow, Mercury)\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage conflicting priorities\nClear written and verbal communication skills\nProficiency in Excel and standard business tools\nPractical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach\nPersonal Attributes\nProfessional, reliable, and customer-focused\nFlexible, “can-do” mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment\nComfortable handling routine tasks as well as time-sensitive operational issues\nSelf-motivated team player with a strong sense of ownership and accountability\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’lldevelop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
