The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.\nWe are looking for an Oracle AI Technical Consultant with total experience of 3+ years who can understand business requirement and other technical specifications.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nAbility to work with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables\nDesign and develop advanced AI/ML models and AI-driven applications for enterprise use cases\nLead development of LLM-powered solutions (chatbots, copilots, AI agents)\nArchitect and implement RAG-based solutions and enterprise knowledge retrieval systems\nIntegrate AI models with Oracle Cloud applications (Fusion ERP, HCM, SCM)\nBuild and deploy AI solutions using cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Azure, AWS)\nCreate engagement documentation such as Technical Design, solution flow, architecture diagrams\nIdentification and Implementation of re-usable assets/components\nIdentification of root causes and providing necessary technical solution and implementation\nContribution to process review and improvement\nImplement best practices, following development life cycle process\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong programming expertise in Python (mandatory) with hands on experience with FAST API framework\nAdvanced understanding of machine learning algorithms and model optimization\nHands on experience with LLMs (GPT, open-source models) and prompt engineering\nHands on experience with vector databases such as chroma DB, FAISS etc\nHands on experience with RAG, embeddings frameworks\nStrong development experience with REST APIs and microservices\nKnowledge of SQL / NoSQL databases\nUnderstanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics\nMust have understanding on code deployment for AI with docker implementation\nMust have Oracle AI skills on at least one of the following areas related to Vector DB, Oracle AI database, OCI AI services or Oracle Out of the box AI features\nGood to have Azure AI skills related to AI foundry models and AI services\nWilling to learn and work on new technologies\nExperience of having worked in a CMMI environment would be a plus\nShould have the ability to collect requirements, build high level design documents, low level design documents, and deployments documents.\nMulti domain expertise and knowledge on other integration tools is an advantage.\nKnowledge on Agile scrum and waterfall methodology\nStrong communication skills both written and verbal\nAI Certification is an added key advantage.\nWhat we look for\nMust have minimum 3+ years of technical experience with at least 2 End-to-End implementations experience in AI space\nExcellent AI technical skills with the ability to design and build solutions pertaining to complex requirements.\nExperience with vector databases such as chroma DB, FAISS etc\nHands on experience with building AI solutions using RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) and agentic frameworks (LangGraph etc)\nHands-on experience with AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, etc.)\nExposure to AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices\nUnderstanding of enterprise level frameworks with ERP driven AI use case using REST/SOAP APIs with backend applications such as ERP systems (Oracle)\nMust have good experience translating business requirements and design into technical solutions\nMust have experience with at least one of the following Oracle AI features such as vector DB, Oracle AI Database, OCI AI services or Oracle out of the box capabilities\nAwareness of Oracle Cloud reporting and data conversion process would be a plus\nAbility to research, learn, troubleshoot and support complex system customizations\nAbility to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent workload may be required.\nExcellent communication skills, able to discuss technical & functional issues/solutions, in highly escalated situations, with executives, support & customer personnel.\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
