Platform Techno-Functional Consultant is responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform by combining strong functional expertise with hands-on technical implementation.\nThis role works closely with business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions, while also contributing to configuration, customisation and integration activities across the delivery lifecycle.\nKo Tō Rourou |Your key responsibilities\nSolution Design & Functional Delivery\nConduct fit-gap analysis and translate business requirements into functional and technical designs\nDefine business processes, data models and solution architecture aligned to platform best practices\nCreate user stories, design artefacts and delivery backlogs\nSupport functional validation through build, SIT and UAT phases\nTechnical Implementation\nConfigure and customise solutions using Dataverse, model-driven apps and canvas apps\nDesign and implement workflows using Power Automate\nDevelop and extend solutions using plugins, custom APIs, JavaScript and Azure services where required\nSupport environment setup, solution deployment and release management activities\nPortal & User Experience\nConfigure and enhance external portals using Power Pages\nSupport UI/UX enhancements and ensure accessibility and usability standards\nIntegration & Data Management\nDesign and implement integrations using APIs, connectors and middleware\nSupport data migration, transformation and validation activities\nEnsure robust data modelling, security roles and governance within Dataverse\nClient & Delivery Engagement\nParticipate in client workshops, technical discussions and solution walkthroughs\nCollaborate with architects in designing and delivering business applications on Power Platform\nUnderstanding of end-to-end business processes (preferably grants, funding or public sector domains)\nPower Platform Expertise\nDataverse (data modelling, security, governance)\nModel-driven and canvas apps\nPower Automate (cloud flows, connectors, integrations), Power Pages, Power BI (basic reporting integration understanding)\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with .NET / C# plugins, JavaScript and Power Platform extensibility\nExperience with REST APIs, Azure integration services and middleware\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, ALM and DevOps practices\nDesirable Experience\nExperience integrating with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics FO)\nExposure to Azure integration services (Functions, Logic Apps,
