The role requires strong consulting, stakeholder management and solutioning experience across risk domains and emerging risk technologies.\nThe opportunity\nWe’re looking for Associate Directors / Senior Managers with strong experience in Risk Transformation, business development and large account management to join our growing Risk Consulting practice. This is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to:\nDrive growth through proposals and strategic pursuits\nWork on large-scale risk transformation programs for global clients\nBuild innovative risk solutions integrating business and technology\nGain exposure to cutting-edge risk and digital transformation solutions\nCollaborate with cross-functional and global teams\nYour key responsibilities\nClient engagement and delivery\nLead and deliver risk transformation engagements across domains such as Internal Audit, Internal Controls (SOX / IFC), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM)\nWork closely with client stakeholders and EY regional teams to understand business challenges and define transformation roadmaps\nDrive management of large and complex engagements with focus on quality, timelines and business outcomes\n•Build trusted relationships with client leadership teams\nHelp manage the financial aspects of engagements by organizing staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to engagement leaders\nBusiness development and growth\nLead and support proposals, RFPs, POVs and strategic pursuits\nIdentify and drive opportunities within large/global accounts\nSupport account mining, client relationship management and cross-selling initiatives\nCollaborate with global teams and leadership on go-to-market initiatives\nRisk transformation and innovation\nSupport design and development of risk transformation solutions integrating:AI, analytics and automation\nGRC platforms and digital risk solutions\nProcess optimization and operating model transformation\n\nContribute to thought leadership, accelerators, methodologies and reusable assets\nStay current with emerging trends in risk, technology and digital transformation\nTeam leadership and capability building\nLead, mentor and develop high-performing teams\nSupport hiring, onboarding, coaching and performance management\nFoster collaboration, innovation, and a strong quality culture\nContribute to capability development across the Risk Consulting practice\nPractice development and internal initiatives\nSupport strategic growth initiatives for the Risk Transformation practice\nContribute to development of frameworks, solutions and delivery methodologies\nDrive operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives\nCollaborate across service lines to support integrated client solutions\nSkills and attributes for success\nPrimary:\nAi Engineering deep skills - Generative AI programming, Prompt engineering, Context refinement or similar\nDeep experience and comfort with Design and adoption of RNN, CNN, RAG models, LLM, SLM\nExperience with Context management, chunking, Embeddings, Vector Databases\nExperience in Agentic AI, Agent orchestration and workflows, Agentic integrations\nExperience with AI Architectures, Design patterns and efficient engineering techniques for AI systems\nExperience in AI pipeline creation, data preprocessing, feature engineering, inference pipelines\nExperience in Agentic AI and Modern AI guardrails (AI governance principles / Responsible AI)\nSkills:Python programming with specific AI packages (Keras / Tensor Flow etc.)\nLarge scale Data handling (Pyspark or similar, ideal)\nAgentic AI packages (Langchain, Langgraph or alike OR Autogen or alike)\nCloud and Devops : Working knowledge of deploying applications in cloud infrastructure (Azure or AWS or GCP) and implement CI/CD pipelines, with version control (Git)\nPython driven Machine Learning model implementation (ML Ops) and AI model ops\nDatabases like SQL (PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)\nForward-deployed engineering mindset\n\nSecondary:\nAny one or more of Risk Domains (Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Internal Controls, Internal Audit, Third Party Risk etc. -
