It’s yours to build.\nThe opportunity\nRisk Management Analyst\nEY’s Risk Management & General Counsel's Officeis responsible for supporting the business in relation to internal risk management, data protection, legal, and compliance requirements. We are currently seeking an experienced and proactive professional to join our dynamic team within the Risk Management function.\nAdvising EY professionals and supporting partners by providing guidance on internal policies, procedures, and tools to help enable delivery of services and ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements.\nSupporting and coordinating risk management projects and initiatives, and participation in digital tools development and rollout.\nProviding support with the implementation and execution of risk management frameworks, operating models, risk registers and control/mitigation remediations.\nPreparing high-quality data analysis, reports and presentations for department and firm leadership.\nDeveloping and delivering training sessions and awareness initiatives on risk management and compliance procedures and systems.\nWhat we look for\nYou have a proactive and structured approach, with the ability to manage tasks independently while coordinating with others.\nYou are solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.\nYou are a collaborative team player who is confident working with multiple stakeholders and.\nQualifications: eligibility requirements include the following\nMinimum 5 - 10 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, ethics, governance, or a related role, preferably within a professional services or regulated environment.\nProven ability to take ownership of complex matters and find practical solutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain policies, procedures, and risk considerations clearly and pragmatically.\nSolid organizational and project management skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines.\nFluent in English and French (C1+ level).\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with experience preparing structured management reports and presentations.
