We go beyond strategy and provide end to end design, build and implementation of real-life data environments and have some of the best architects, project managers, business analysts, data scientists, big data engineers, developers and consultants in the region.\nWe are looking for a SAP BTP AI Developer (Senior Associate) to join our Technology Consulting team, supporting the development of AI-driven applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).\nThis role is suited for a hands-on developer who has experience building and deploying AI/ML or Generative AI (LLM) solutions, and is keen to apply these within enterprise SAP landscapes using SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and BTP services.\nYour key responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and deploy AI-enabled applications on SAP BTP\nBuild and integrate machine learning / LLM-based solutions (e.g. chatbots, document processing, copilots, recommendation engines)\nWork with SAP AI Core and AI Launchpad for model deployment, orchestration, and lifecycle management\nDevelop APIs, microservices, and integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems\nSupport implementation of GenAI use cases (e.g. prompt engineering, RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector search)\nCollaborate with solution architects and functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions\nParticipate in testing, deployment, and production support\nContribute to reusable assets, accelerators, and internal capability building\nSkills and attributes for success\nHands-on experience with SAP BTP services (e.g. CAP, Cloud Foundry, Kyma, Integration Suite)\nExposure to SAP AI Core and/or AI Launchpad (even at project / PoC level)\nExperience working with AI/ML or LLM-based solutions\nStrong programming skills in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Java\nUnderstanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud-native development\nFamiliarity with version control and CI/CD pipelines\nExperience with LLM frameworks / GenAI tools (e.g. LangChain, OpenAI, prompt design, RAG architecture)\nExposure to vector databases (e.g. Pinecone, Weaviate, or similar)\nExperience integrating with SAP S/4HANA or SAP systems\nKnowledge of data processing frameworks or analytics platforms\nCloud exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset and ability to work in agile teams\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field\n3-5 years of experience in software development, preferably within SAP or enterprise environments\nExperience working in consulting or client-facing environments\nWhat we look for\nHighly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize shifting workloads in a rapidly changing industry.
