The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.\nThe Opportunity\nAs a GDS SAP Commission Developer, you will be part of the GDS delivery team responsible for the implementation, configuration, enhancement and support of SAP Commissions solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and maintaining commission rules, compensation plans, crediting logic, measurement rules, incentive rules, deposit rules, dashboards and reports based on business and technical requirements.\nYou will work closely with functional consultants, Sales Operations, Compensation, Finance, and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Commissions solutions. The role requires strong hands-on experience in SAP Commissions configuration, troubleshooting and production support. A background in incentive compensation management, sales performance management, or SAP CallidusCloud implementation would be beneficial.\nYou will be responsible for executing tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters and contributing to team outcomes. You are expected to demonstrate initiative, resolve routine issues independently, and support junior colleagues.\nYou will anticipate and identify risks within engagement and share any issues with senior members of the team.\nIn line with EY commitment to quality, you will confirm that work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nConfigure and maintain SAP Commissions components, participants, plans and rules.\nDevelop commission calculation logic, formulas, quotas and bonus calculations.\nTroubleshoot commission processing and transaction issues.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders and support production deployments.\nMaintain documentation and support Agile delivery processes.\nSkills and attributes for success\nSAP Commissions\nSAP CallidusCloud\nSAP SPM\nSAP HANA\nSQL\nData Analysis\nAgile / Scrum\nJira\nIdeally, you'll also\nExperience with SAP Commissions implementations.\nExperience with SAP Sales Performance Management (SPM).\nSAP CallidusCloud implementation experience.\nKnowledge of SAP HANA.\nFamiliarity with incentive compensation management processes.\nExperience supporting global sales organizations.\nWhat we look for\nWe are looking for professionals who demonstrate technical excellence, analytical thinking and a strong commitment to delivering quality solutions.
