The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.\nThe Opportunity\nWe are seeking a highly skilled SAP DRC Specialist with extensive experience in E-invoicing & E-Reporting.\nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end to end implementations of SAP Digital Compliance and E-invoicing solutions to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements.\nThis role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline invoicing processes and enhance overall efficiency\nYour Key Responsibilities\nSAP DRC Implementation: Lead the implementation and maintenance of SAP Digital Compliance solutions, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.\nE-invoicing Solutions: Develop and manage E-invoicing and E-Reporting solutions, integrating them seamlessly with SAP systems. Facilitate design workshops and perform DRC specific configurations on S4 and ECC instances\nCompliance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and update compliance requirements, ensuring the company meets all regulatory obligations.\nProcess Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate invoicing processes, improving accuracy and efficiency.\nStakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, IT, and other relevant departments to ensure successful implementation and operation of E-invoicing solutions.\nTraining and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using SAP DRC and E-invoicing systems.\nIssue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP DRC and E-invoicing, minimizing downtime and disruptions.\nDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, configurations, and compliance requirements\nSkills and attributes for success\nBachelor’s or master’s degree\nMinimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in SAP domain in either SD, FI or MM modules\nProven experience in atleast 3-4 SAP DRC e-Invoicing and/or e-Reporting implementation projects across SAP ECC and S4HANA instances\nFamiliarity with regulations related to e-Invoicing and good knowledge of EDI is a plus\nHands-on experience with BTP integration modules\nProficiency with external bolt-on solutions such as Edicom, Pagero, Vertex, Sovos, etc.\nPreference for relevant SAP Certification\nExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills\nSelf-driven, detail-orientation\nAbility to work effectively in a team and independently\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
