Conversion ECC to S/4HANA)\nThe Opportunity\nJoin a high-performing SAP transformation team delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance conversion programmes for global clients.\nPlay a key role in end-to-end Brownfield conversions from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, driving finance transformation while ensuring business continuity and compliance.\nWork closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, technical teams and leadership to design and implement future-ready finance solutions.\nContribute to complex digital transformation engagements involving Finance simplification, Central Finance, Universal Journal, reporting transformation and process harmonisation.\nGain exposure to global delivery models, cutting-edge SAP innovations and industry-leading implementation methodologies.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nLead SAP Finance workstreams in ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects.\nPerform impact assessments and fit-gap analyses for Finance processes during S/4HANA transformation initiatives.\nDesign and implement solutions across key SAP Finance areas including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting and Cost Centre Accounting.\nAssess and implement S/4HANA Finance simplification items and ensure business process readiness.\nDrive Universal Journal (ACDOCA) adoption and support transition from classic ECC finance architecture.\nCollaborate with technical teams on data migration, reconciliation and financial data validation activities.\nAnalyse custom developments and identify remediation requirements related to Finance processes.\nSupport conversion activities including system preparation, testing, cutover planning and hypercare support.\nLead workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide process improvement recommendations.\nPrepare functional specifications and support development teams during solution build activities.\nExecute and support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and defect resolution.\nEnsure adherence to project governance, quality standards and delivery timelines.\nMentor junior consultants and contribute to capability development within the SAP Finance practice.\nSupport proposal development, solutioning activities and client presentations for SAP transformation opportunities.\nSkills and Attributes for Success\nStrong expertise in SAP FI with proven experience in ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects.\nDeep understanding of S/4HANA Finance architecture and simplification concepts.\nHands-on experience with Universal Journal, Business Partner integration and Finance data migration activities.\nStrong knowledge of General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting and Financial Closing processes.\nExperience in conversion readiness assessment, custom code impact analysis and finance process transformation.\nStrong understanding of integration points between Finance and other SAP modules including MM, SD, PP and Project Systems.\nExperience with reconciliation processes before, during and after system conversion.\nKnowledge of SAP migration and conversion tools, including SUM/DMO-led conversion approaches.\nAbility to analyse complex business problems and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.\nStrong stakeholder management and client-facing consulting skills.\nExcellent communication, presentation and workshop facilitation capabilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced project environment.\nStrong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making abilities.\nIdeally, You'll Also Have\nExperience in at least two full-cycle SAP S/4HANA conversion or transformation
