Analyze the transactions to conclude root causes, variances and suggest corrections to management. Design and create complex reports for user specifications. The position will ideally have to handle innovation of payroll tool and special projects.\nYour key responsibilities\nPerform Monthly & weekly payroll processing, Final settlement of employees etc.\nPerform the monthly reconciliations to Identify and solve issues that affect reporting\nHandle complex ad hoc reports from clients in a timely manner\nEnsure proper review mechanism is in place for the respective teams\nDevelop new reports as well as enhance existing processes by working on automation as much as possible \nSkills and attributes for success\nExperience in payroll processing, Final settlements, advances, and other payment processing to employees.\nHave sound knowledge in accounting concepts\nPossess good communication skills\nBe strong in MS Excel skill and SAP applications\nUnderstand financial reporting concepts and basic process flow\nAbility to understand numbers and arrive at inferences\nHave strong interpersonal skills with the ability to teach the juniors\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nExperience in employee payroll cost accounting and reconciliation processes.\nB.Com or M.Com with 4 - 6 years of experience\nStrong MS Excel skills\nHave sound knowledge in accounting concepts\nGood communication skills\nWhat we look for\nA Team of people with commercial acumen, technical experience and enthusiasm to learn new things in this fast-moving environment\nOpportunities to work with EY F&A practices globally with leading businesses across a range of industries\nWhat we offer\nEY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is a dynamic and truly global delivery network.
