members, and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with professional standards.\n Key Responsibilities\n Review audit working papers for VSE (Very Small Entities) and NCE (Non-Complex Entities) engagements.\n Supervise, coach, and train junior team members and assistants.\n Manage audit engagements and coordinate project delivery.\n Communicate effectively with clients and key stakeholders.\n Prepare and review accounting policies, methodologies, and IFRS reports.\n Support accounting process improvement and automation projects.\n Participate in local and international engagements, including PCAOB audits, Valuation in Audit (Real Estate) projects, and engagements related to Blockchain and Tokenization.\n Requirements\n Higher education in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.\n ACCA/CPA qualification (completed or in progress) will be considered an advantage.\n Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Russian and English.\n At least 3 years of experience in audit, accounting, financial reporting, or IFRS-related projects.\n Solid knowledge of IFRS and audit methodologies.\n Experience in reviewing audit documentation and coordinating project teams.\n Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\n Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.\n Experience in Big
