You will help clients assess the maturity of their current vulnerability management capabilities, provide strategic recommendations, and design scalable, risk-based vulnerability management programs that improve security outcomes. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while providing leadership across complex client engagements.\nLocation: Melbourne or Sydney preferred, however candidates from other Australian locations will also be considered.\nYour key responsibilities\nLead the design, implementation and ongoing improvement of enterprise vulnerability management programs.\nAssess current-state cyber security capabilities and provide recommendations to improve maturity, governance and operational effectiveness.\nDesign and operate complex vulnerability management programs that successfully reduce organisational risk.\nDesign and optimise vulnerability management operating models, processes and service architectures.\nProvide leadership and oversight across client engagements, ensuring successful delivery outcomes.\nAct as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.\nCoach, mentor and develop team members while serving as a counsellor within the practice.\nSupport business development activities, proposals and practice growth initiatives.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage automation and emerging technologies to enhance cyber security services.\nSkills and attributes for success\nProven experience designing and operating complex vulnerability management programs that have successfully reduced organisational risk.\nStrong consulting and advisory experience, including assessing current-state maturity and recommending uplift initiatives.\nExperience with vulnerability management and scanning platforms such as Qualys, Nessus, ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (SNOW VR), Nucleus or similar technologies.\nDemonstrated ability to lead client engagements and provide technical oversight across multidisciplinary teams.\nStrong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nExperience leading, mentoring and developing cyber security professionals.\nAbility to lead the design, implementation and strategic direction of client engagements while overseeing delivery teams.\n Ability to obtain or hold an NV1 Security Clearance.\nIdeally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.
