Everything we do centers around this simple story.\nThe opportunity\nAs a Technology Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be based in our Service Delivery Center, which is made up of high-performing US-based colleagues who work closely with our experienced advisory professionals. We deliver Technology project-based work and managed services to our clients. Here, you’ll work as part of a project team and will be responsible for the design, build/configuration, testing, analysis, delivery and support of Technology solutions. This position is fast-paced and ever-changing, which means you’ll need to be a flexible self-starter and be able to manage changing priorities and learning new and rapidly changing technology solutions.\nWe are looking for Data Engineers who will build scalable data platforms, pipelines, databases, and cloud data applications for our financial services clients. The team leverages Snowflake, ETL and streaming technologies, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices to modernize enterprise data ecosystems. This role provides architecture, governance, and technical leadership across complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nThe goal is to help clients solve complex business problems by delivering scalable, reliable, and well-governed data solutions. You will own end-to-end architecture and technology roadmaps, establish standards and delivery governance, lead cross-team decisions and modernization, and provide technical leadership that influences senior stakeholders and mentors other technical leaders.\nYour leadership and management responsibilities\nAs a Service Delivery Manager, you’ll be accountable for how the work gets done as much as what gets built. You’ll set the technical direction for your teams, build the capability of the people around you, and give our clients and senior stakeholders the confidence that delivery is in safe hands.\nOwn end-to-end enterprise data architecture and technology roadmaps across complex, enterprise-scale initiatives, and hold the teams accountable for delivering against them.\nEstablish data modeling, metadata, lineage, governance, quality, and observability standards, and make sure they are consistently adopted across engagements.\nLead cross-team decisions, modernization efforts, dependencies, and technical risk, escalating and resolving issues before they affect client delivery.\nInfluence senior client and internal stakeholders, communicating technical direction and trade-offs in terms the business understands.\nMentor and develop technical leaders and engineers, providing coaching, feedback, and career guidance that helps our people grow.\nDefine reusable standards and drive organizational capability improvement, so that each engagement leaves the practice stronger than it found it.\nApply and champion data quality, security, testing, and automation standards across the teams you lead, and translate requirements into well-governed, reliable data solutions.\nSkills and attributes for success\nDeep hands-on experience building scalable data platforms, pipelines, databases, and cloud data applications using Snowflake, ETL, streaming, and cloud technologies.\nBuild resilient batch and streaming pipelines and design data models and cloud data applications.\nEstablish and apply data modeling, metadata, lineage, quality, and observability standards.\nResolve production data issues and document lineage and controls.\nWillingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.\nTo qualify for the role you must have\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 6 years of relevant experience in data engineering, data architecture, and cloud data platforms.\nDeep hands-on experience with Snowflake and enterprise data platform development.\nStrong experience with ETL, streaming, and integration technologies such as Informatica, SnapLogic, and Kafka.\nExpertise in data modeling, SQL, database design, and performance tuning.\nHands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.\nExperience with Python, containers, and Kubernetes.\nExperience with Jenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, and CI/CD pipelines.\nProven experience leading enterprise data architecture, establishing governance standards, and mentoring technical leaders.\nComfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with senior business and technical stakeholders.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nExperience with the following technologies\nSnowflake and enterprise cloud data platforms\nETL, streaming, Informatica, SnapLogic, and Kafka\nData modeling, SQL, database design, and performance tuning\nAWS, Azure, and Google Cloud\nPython, containers, and Kubernetes\nJenkins, Artifactory, uDeploy, and CI/CD pipelines\nWhat we look for\nWe’re interested in intellectually curious people with a passion for finding new and innovative ways to make things better. The base salary range for this job is: \nNew York City, Boston, and Washington DC Metro Areas, Washington State, and Southern California offices - $91,400 to $190,000\nBay Area California offices - $95,300 to $197,900\nAll other offices locations in the US, including Sacramento - $76,200 to $174,100 \n\nIndividual salaries within these ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.
