The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while working closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and project teams to deliver enterprise transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities.\nDeliver end-to-end ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and integrations.\nConfigure workflows, catalog items, forms, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Flow Designer solutions.\nDevelop integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.\nSupport CMDB design, data governance, and service mapping initiatives.\nParticipate in solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.\nPerform unit testing, defect resolution, deployment support, and documentation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.\nProvide ongoing support and optimization of ServiceNow environments.\nTo qualify for the role:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.\nStrong expertise in ServiceNow development including scripting, workflows, integrations, and platform customization.\nHands-on implementation experience in at least 2 of the following ServiceNow modules:IT Service Management (ITSM)\nIT Operations Management (ITOM)\nIT Asset Management (ITAM)\nConfiguration Management Database (CMDB)\n\nHands-on experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).\nExperience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.\nExperience building integrations using REST and SOAP web services.\nGood understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management best practices.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills\nWhat we offer\nEY offers a competitive remuneration package commensurate with your work experience where you’ll be rewarded for your individual and team performance.
