Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.\nJob Title\nServiceNow Platform Engineer - Assistant Director\nJob Summary\nWe are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Platform Engineer to support the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, development, integrations, and platform governance, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that meet business requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform Engineering & Administration\nAdminister and maintain the ServiceNow platform across development, test, and production environments.\nConfigure and support platform modules including ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SPM,Employee Center, custom applications and domain separation.\nEnsure platform stability, performance, availability, and security.\nMonitor system health and proactively resolve platform issues.\nDevelopment & Configuration\nDesign and develop workflows, Flow Designer solutions, catalog items, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and UI actions.\nDevelop and maintain Script Includes, REST/SOAP integrations, and custom applications where required.\nHands-on experience in ServiceNow AI solutions.\nImplement ServiceNow best practices while minimizing customization.\nSupport deployment activities using Update Sets and CI/CD pipelines.\nIntegrations\nDesign and implement integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, Integration Hub, MID Servers, and Import Sets.\nTroubleshoot integration failures and optimize data synchronization processes.\nWork with third-party vendors and internal teams to support system integrations.\n Governance & Security\nImplement role-based access controls (RBAC), ACLs, and security best practices.\nSupport platform governance processes, architecture reviews, and compliance requirements.\nEnsure solutions align with ServiceNow and organizational standards.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities to improve automation, user experience, and operational efficiency.\nEvaluate new ServiceNow features and recommend adoption strategies.\nParticipate in platform upgrade planning, testing, and remediation activities.\nStakeholder Collaboration\nWork closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and development teams.\nTranslate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.\nProvide technical guidance and support to project teams.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n5+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.\nUnderstanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management concepts.\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).\nCertified Implementation Specialist certifications (ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, CSM, etc.).\nExperience working in large enterprise or global
