The scope of the projects will be specifically in Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Business Planning, Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Optimization, Network Optimization, Distribution and Logistics. You will be responsible to support with market activities, develop thought leadership, create and deliver presentations and organize events related to the above-mentioned topics of the Supply Chain.\nYour key responsibilities\nAn important part of your role will be to actively establish internal and external relationships to create opportunities for the Supply Chain & Operations team by working with other service lines in EY as well as creating opportunities at current and potential clients. You will be required to manage project teams, ensure quality delivery to the client and also anticipate and identify risks within engagements.\nAt EY our success is measured by the results we deliver. Hence, we expect our consultants to be insightful and responsive towards our clients and deliver exceptional quality.\nPerform duties of an engagement manager, such as setting up the engagement as well as the team and ensuring quality delivery on the engagement in line with the expectations of the client\nContribute to the sales pipeline by identifying opportunities at clients and developing content for proposals\nBuild strong internal relationships within EY, within Consulting, with other Service Lines, and globally within the Firm.\nBuild strong external relationships on a C-suite level at clients and collaborate with other service lines in client pursuits\nContinuously work on personal growth and professional development\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nMore than 8 years’ work experience, ideally with a strong track record in the Consulting environment\nTertiary degree required in Industrial Engineering (or other engineering disciplines, but with relevant work experience) or Supply Chain Management.
