Join us and build an exceptional experience for yourself, and a better working world for all.\nTalent Project Manager, Strategic Projects - Assistant Director\nThe opportunity\nWe are seeking a skilled Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and Data Integration to lead and manage projects related to the implementation, integration, and optimization of EY Talent systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration methodologies, with the ability to ensure successful project delivery while meeting business objectives.\nYour key responsibilities:\nProject Leadership: Lead end-to-end project management for strategic projects. From planning and delivery to deployment ensuring alignment with Talent’s strategic objectives.\nRequirement Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project scope, requirements and deliverables\nSolution Design: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop a detailed cross functional project plan, and actively manage project timelines\nResource Management: Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors, to ensure adequate staffing and effective utilization of resources\nRisk Management: Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies, proactively addressing potential issues to ensure project success.\nBudget Oversight: Perform Project Financial Management - Develops overall project budget and control costs for the duration of the project, including planned, actual, and forecast for both operational and capital expenditures budget constraints\nStakeholder Communication: Foster strong communication across the project across stakeholders, team members and leadership providing regular communication of project status, updates, and progress, ensuring alignment, transparency, and effective decision-making\nQuality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions by establishing and maintaining project management best practices, quality standards, and testing procedures\nChange Management: Facilitate change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes by end-users\nDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned\nSkills and attributes for success\nStrong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and drive project success\nExcellent project management skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources\nEffective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal\nExceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with keen attention to detail.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities\nProficiency in project management software tools\nAbility to work efficiently and effectively with global teams virtually disbursed around the globe\nAbility to use approved AI components at EY to help drive efficiencies\nTo qualify for this role\nBachelor's degree in a relevant field\nProven experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration projects\nAs a Project Manager, 5 to 7 years of industry experience preferably in Talent\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices\nRelevant certifications such as PMP (Project
