As an influential member of the team, you’ll help to create a positive learning culture, coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.\nAs a member of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team this position will contribute towards execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, implementation and adoption of secrets management, management of machine identities and definition of access policies that meet their needs and are in line with overall IAM Program.\nYour Key Responsibilities\n3-5 Years of expertise and strong understanding of end-to-end Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) capabilities and its processes, including Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Requests, Approvals, Access Reviews, RBAC, SoD, and Application Onboarding.\nProven ability to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, translating stakeholder needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and implementation-ready requirements.\nHands-on experience in application onboarding, RBAC, SoD, compliance, and governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills, with the ability to independently lead workshops and discussions with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams for assessments, discovery, and requirements elicitation.\nExperience conducting IGA maturity assessments, current-state and future-state analysis, gap assessments, and providing strategic recommendations to improve governance, automation, and compliance.\nAbility to drive testing, user acceptance, deployment readiness, and adoption activities, ensuring successful implementation and business adoption of IGA solutions\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
