As an AIML developer, we are looking for skilled developers who have experience in designing & developing Machine learning models, collaborate with business stakeholders and identify AI solutions & mentoring juniors in the team .\nThe opportunity\nWe are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized candidate with a passion for innovation and a strong desire to learn and adopt new technologies. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team and have a proven track record of delivering successful AI projects.\nYour key responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and train machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques (e.g., neural networks, deep learning, reinforcement learning).\nAdapt pre-trained Gen AI models / fine-tune Gen AI models to specific tasks or domains, ensuring optimal performance.\nDevelop effective prompts and techniques to guide Gen AI models and generate high-quality outputs.\nOptimize AI algorithms for performance, efficiency, and scalability.\nStay updated on the latest advancements in AI and explore new techniques and applications.\nWork closely with other teams (e.g., data scientists, software engineers) to integrate AI solutions into existing products or services.\nUphold ethical AI practices, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and addressing bias and fairness in AI applications.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop AI solutions that deliver tangible value.\nTo qualify for the role you must have\nB.E/ B.Tech/ MCA/ MS /M.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science discipline.\nMinimum 4 - 8 years of experience in IT industry with at least 2+ years of experience in AI.\nProven track record of working in AI projects from inception to successful deployment.\nStrong programming skills, preferably in Python, and experience with machine learning frameworks.\nExposure / Experience in cloud services like Azure for deploying machine learning models and leveraging cloud-based machine learning services.\nFamiliarity with relational databases like SQL Server / My SQL / PostgreSQL.\nFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar tools for containerization and orchestration of machine learning applications.\nKnowledge / Experience in AI frameworks and technologies, such as GANs, transformers, and reinforcement learning.\nHands-on experience in developing Generative AI solutions using Large Language models preferably Azure OpenAI.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nStrong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.\nWhat working at EY offers\nAt EY, we’re dedicated to helping our clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies - and the work we do with them is as varied as they are.\nYou get to work with inspiring and meaningful projects.
