Our team is looking for a Scrum Master to support the range of clients we serve.\nLead and mentor Agile teams in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services that meet customer needs.\nFoster high-performing teams by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and implementing tailored coaching and development strategies to enhance team capabilities.\nEnsure a deep understanding of Agile principles across the organization, promoting adherence to Agile frameworks and best practices.\nFacilitate self-organization within teams, encouraging cross-functional skill development and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.\nCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive decision-making processes, aligning project goals with organizational objectives and ensuring successful delivery.\nIdentify and resolve team impediments, collaborating with other Agile leaders to enhance the overall effectiveness of Agile practices within the organization.\nPartner with Agile coaches and other leaders to promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of Servant Leadership throughout the organization.\nAdvocate for and contribute to the evolution of Agile practices, driving initiatives that enhance team performance and organizational agility.\nOversee and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, ensuring they are productive and aligned with team goals, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.\nEducation\nGraduates / BE - B. Tech / MCA\nCertification\nCSM/ SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master / PMI-ACP / PSM / A-CSM\nTo qualify for the role, you must have\nStrong 10-15 years of experience in Agile transformation programs.\nExperience as an Agile Coach or Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a must.\nKnowledge of one or more industry-standard Agile PM tools - Jira or Azure DevOps/Trello/Smartsheet/Confluence.\nKnowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).\nDemonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills.\nAgile Coaching experience.\nSAFe certification\nFlexible to work in US and UK time zones.\nGood to have\nSound understanding of waterfall methodologies.\nJIRA/ Azure DevOps administration and configuration knowledge.\nBusiness analysis skills.\nPharmaceutical Sector experience.\nAble to perform an Agile maturity assessment.\nSAFe SPC certification is a plus.\nWhat working at EY offers\nAt EY, we’re dedicated to helping our clients, from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies, and the work we do with them is as varied as they are.
