The Solution Architect partners with business and technology teams to define target architectures, drive technology strategy, and support complex transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.\nResponsibilities\nDefine end to end solution architectures for client engagements, platforms, and enterprise systems.\nAdvise on digital, integration, cloud, data, AI, and emerging technologies for business transformation.\nLead architecture design, feasibility analysis, PoCs, vendor evaluations, and technology selection.\nCollaborate with engineering, platform, data, and security teams to implement target architectures.\nEnsure adherence to enterprise architecture standards, patterns, governance, and best practices.\nCommunicate architecture decisions and solution approaches clearly to business and IT stakeholders.\nQualifications\nEducational Background\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, or related fields.\nTechnical Expertise\n8+ years of IT experience with 2-3 years architecting complex digital or cloud-native solutions.\nHands on experience across application, data, integration, cloud, and security architectures.\nExpertise in distributed systems, microservices, containerized platforms, and hybrid/multi-cloud architectures.\nStrong programming background in any one language like Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python, C++, with experience in SQL/NoSQL, big data, analytics, and modern security standards.\nExpertise in integration platforms like Mulesoft and must have API integration experience\nSkilled in DevSecOps, CI/CD, containers, Agile delivery, and event-driven/streaming architectures.\nProviding Technical guidance to project team triaging production issues for any architecture/design issues\nProficiency with GCP (preferred), AWS or Azure cloud-native services across IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.\nDigital & Cloud Skills\nAbility to architect modern digital applications, APIs, micro frontends, and cloud-native platforms.\nExperience with modern UI technologies and lightweight backend frameworks.\nSkilled in cloud-native deployments and automated delivery pipelines.\nData, Security & Integration\nExperience designing data platforms, analytics solutions, streaming pipelines, and caching architectures.\nStrong grounding in identity, access management, authentication/authorization, and enterprise security patterns.\nAI & Emerging Technologies\nExposure to AI/ML tools and experience applying AI capabilities in transformation initiatives.\nUnderstanding of modern AI/ML architecture patterns and integration approaches.\nConsulting & Leadership\nAbility to translate business needs into technical architectures and guide senior stakeholders.\nStrong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills across global and distributed teams.\nCertifications (Preferred)\nGCP experience is preferred;
