ongoing support.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Delivery\nAct astechnical lead across multiple products, ensuring code quality, consistency, and best practices\nOwn release management, deployment strategies, and environment governance\nLead support triage, prioritisation, and ticket management\nProvide onshore delivery leadership, coordinating with offshore teams where applicable\nDrive continuous improvement in development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices\nSolution Design & Architecture\nWork closely with stakeholders to define and refinesolution
