This role combines deep hands-on engineering expertise with solution leadership, team mentorship, and strong client engagement within a consulting environment.\nYour Key Responsibilities\nLead design of ETL, APIs, and Lambda/Kafka solutions.\nValidate stories from BSA.\nValidate integration approaches for SOAP services.\nOwn architecture and technical quality.\nDrive technical design decisions, balancing business requirements, system constraints, and long-term sustainability.\nEnsure adherence to enterprise standards for security, performance, and reliability.\nOversee end-to-end delivery across the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement.\nProvide hands-on contributions to critical components across frontend and backend as needed.\nDrive engineering best practices, including code quality, testing strategies, and performance optimization.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, DevOps, and business stakeholders) in Agile environments.\nLead and mentor a team of developers, fostering technical growth and ensuring high-quality delivery. \nEngage directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions and act as the primary technical interface between client stakeholders and the delivery team. \nMust Have:\n7+ years development experience.\nStrong AWS and Kafka experience.\nExperience with REST and SOAP integrations.\nProficiency in Java/Python/Node.\nIdeally, you’ll also have\nPrior experience in technology consulting or client-facing solution delivery roles. \nExperience contributing to or owning solution architecture and design decisions.\nUnderstanding of API gateways and service mesh architectures.\nExperience working in enterprise or regulated environments.\nAwareness of AI and Generative AI capabilities, with the ability to leverage AI-driven tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery outcomes.\nWhat we look for\nWe’re interested in passionate leaders with a strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the Technology Consulting space.
