Your role will be essential in enabling business transformation through technology.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements for software engineering initiatives\n\nTranslate business needs into clear and concise user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria\n\nPartner with engineering leads and product owners to define solution scope, features, and prioritization in alignment with project goals\n\nSupport agile delivery by participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews\n\nConduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to support design decisions and technology adoption\n\nFacilitate workshops, interviews, and user feedback sessions to refine solution requirements and improve user experience\n\nAct as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding of goals and constraints\n\nSupport QA and UAT efforts by reviewing test cases and validating that deliverables meet business expectations\n\nAssist in preparing documentation such as functional specifications, data mapping, and user guides\n\nTechnology Environment (You’ll work alongside engineering teams using)\nFrontend: React, Angular, Next.js, TypeScript\n\nBackend: .NET Core/8+, Node.js, Java\n\nMobile: React Native, Flutter, MAUI\n\nCloud: Azure, AWS, GCP\n\nDevSecOps & Tools: Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Selenium, Playwright, JMeter\n\nTo Qualify, You Must Have\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field\n\n3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software engineering, digital product, or technology consulting environment\n\nStrong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and product delivery processes\n\nProven experience in requirements gathering, business process modelling, and translating complex needs into technical specifications\n\nFamiliarity with data structures, APIs, and modern application architectures (e.g., microservices, cloud-native platforms)\n\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\n\nExperience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq)\n\nCertification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Scrum Product Owner is an advantage\n\nWhat We Look For\nA highly analytical and collaborative professional who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, and is passionate about delivering user-centric digital solutions that create real impact.\nWhat We Offer\nEY offers a competitive remuneration package in line with your experience and contribution.
