The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.\nThe Opportunity\nThe SAP Security / GRC Manager is responsible for leading SAP security strategy, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across SAP landscapes. The role involves implementing and supporting SAP authorization concepts, Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls, risk mitigation, audit compliance, user access management, and SAP GRC solutions.\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth as you get to work with high quality team to support clients ensuring the stability of global 500 companies through best-in-class solutions, automation and innovation.\nYour Key Responsibilities:\nResponsible for decision-making, optimizing processes, resource management, and overseeing team management as needed for task execution.\nAccountable for allocating personnel, supervising team members, assigning tasks, ensuring that the team has the necessary tools and support to succeed in their roles and optimizing and evaluating their performance to meet organizational goals.\nLead SAP Security and GRC implementation, enhancement, and support activities.\nDesign, build, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP ECC, S/4HANA, BW, CRM, SCM, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and Fiori environments.\nManage SAP GRC Access Control modules including:\nAccess Risk Analysis (ARA)\nAccess Request Management (ARM)\nEmergency Access Management (EAM)\nBusiness Role Management (BRM)\nDefine and enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies and controls.\nConduct periodic user access reviews, role redesign, and compliance assessments.\nWork with auditors during SOX, internal, and external audits.\nManage user provisioning, firefighter access, and compliance reporting.\nSupport SAP Fiori security, launchpad roles, catalogs, groups, and spaces/pages.\nPerform security impact assessments during SAP implementations, upgrades, and migrations.\nDevelop governance frameworks and security standards for SAP environments.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, Basis teams, and auditors.\nLead offshore/onshore teams and mentor junior SAP security consultants.\nMandatory Skills\nStrong hands-on experience in SAP Security and Authorizations.\nExpertise in SAP GRC Access Control 10.x/12.x.\nExtensive experience in:Role Design\nRole Remediation\nUser Administration\nSoD Risk Analysis\nAudit Compliance\nSAP ECC and S/4HANA Security experience.\nSAP Fiori Security administration and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience with SAP authorization concepts:PFCG\nSU24\nSU01\nSTAUTHTRACE\nSU53\n\nUnderstanding of SAP Identity and Access Management processes.\nKnowledge of SAP security architecture and compliance frameworks.\nPreferred Skills\nSAP IDM (Identity Management).\nSAP Cloud Identity Services (IAS/IPS).\nSAP BTP Security.\nSAP SuccessFactors Security.\nSAP Ariba Security.\nSAP HANA Database Security.\nExperience with SOX, GDPR, and ITGC compliance requirements.\nExposure to SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager.\nQualifications\nExperience: 10-12+ Years\nEmployment Type: Full-Time\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.\nSAP Security and/or SAP GRC Certification preferred.\nRelevant compliance certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP) are advantageous.\nKey Competencies\nStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExperience managing audit and compliance engagements.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nAbility to drive governance and risk management initiatives.\nTeam leadership and project management experience.\nWhat we offer you\nAt EY, we’ll develop you with future-focused skills and equip you with world-class experiences.
