Flexibility to perform both manual and automated testing as needed is essential.\nKey Responsibilities:\nShould be able to drive functional & regression automation testing projects independently\nDesign and execute manual test cases for functional, regression, and exploratory testing.\nDevelop and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with C# or Python or TypeScript.\nPerform ad-hoc and exploratory testing to identify edge cases and usability issues.\nAutomate functional, regression, and smoke tests for web and API layers and provide accurate estimation\nDocument test results, defects, and steps to reproduce clearly in test management tools.\nCollaborate with developers and product teams to ensure requirements clarity and test coverage.\nTrack and report quality metrics (defect density, test coverage, automation ROI).\nIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.\nOptimize automation scripts for scalability and maintainability.\nMentor junior QA engineers and promote best practices in testing\nQualifications:\n5-8 years of experience in QA with strong exposure to manual and automation testing\nDeep understanding of SDLC and well familiar in working with Agile/SAFe environment\nIn sprint automation strategy and script delivery experience\nProficiency in Playwright automation using C#/ Python/ TypeScript.\nProven experience in REST/SOAP API testing using tools such as Postman and ability to automate them\nHands-on experience with SQL queries, including knowledge of joins and views.\nExperience in testing both Mobile and Web applications.\nHands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and test management.\nExperience with testing frameworks such as pytest, NUnit, MSTest, playwright test / other testing frameworks.\nMust have a strong experience in GIT commands/activities (Branching strategy, scripts check-ins, conflicts resolving, merging etc)\nAbility to DB Testing, query writing and data retrieval using connections string during automation integration\nEnsure all development tasks meet quality criteria through test strategy/planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue/defect tracking.\nHands on experience of Git hub copilot to develop, debug scripts for faster delivery\nUnderstanding of security testing principles and tools.\nNice to have Skill:\nExperience with JSON, jQuery and XML\nExperience and Knowledge of Node package manager, cucumber, JavaScript & Gherkin language\nExperience in cloud services\nExperience in Power Apps/Power Automate\nExperience in Accessibility, UI/UX testing, and Localization testing\n·Experience in Jmeter /Azure load test or Playwright Artillery IO\nUtilizing GitHub Copilot or equivalent AI too ls to expedite script development.\nProficient with generative AI technology for creating test scenarios, synthesizing test data, and performing data validation, UI comparison.\nUsing Generative AI to create Test cases, test script, Execute and generate Testing Report\nExperience with AI model validation such as validating the performance and accuracy of AI models.\nKnowledge of testing AI applications, agents, chatbots and validate the output quality\nKnowledge of tools/framework like Deep eval, RAGAS and PromptFoo\nKnowledge of prompting and create efficient prompts\nKnowledge in AI-based testing tools for predictive defect analysis\nInnovation in QA processes by leveraging AI for smarter automation.\nSoft Skills:\nExcellent communication (written and verbal) and collaborative skills for working effectively within cross-functional and intercultural teams.\nProven ability to work independently, demonstrating strong rational analysis and logical thinking.\nGreat team player
