You will work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver outstanding service while helping customers maximize the value of EROAD's solutions.\nYou will play a key role in growing existing accounts, managing customer relationships, and contributing to EROAD's customer-centric culture.\nAs an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be responsible for:\nStrategic Account Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify growth opportunities, support renewals, and create account plans that drive long-term customer success.\nSales and Portfolio Management Manage the profitability of your assigned portfolio, execute growth plans, and work closely with internal teams to deliver revenue growth and predictable outcomes\nSalesforce and Business Processes Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce, monitor sales progress, and ensure compliance with company reporting requirements.\nCustomer-Centric Delivery Champion the voice of the customer, promote EROAD's safety-focused solutions, and enhance the overall customer experience through proactive account management.\nSkills and Experience:\nWe're looking for a customer-focused sales professional who can build strong relationships and drive growth.
