You will work closely with our Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate commercial activity into reliable supply signals and ensure our inventory and supply plans support our customers, financial objectives, and operational goals.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDeveloping and maintaining a disciplined demand planning process that converts sales pipeline, customer commitments, and historical demand into an accurate forward demand plan\n\nLeading monthly demand reviews as a key contributor to our SIOP process\n\nOwning and improving inventory reporting to provide clear visibility of stock position, availability, and working capital impacts\n\nPartnering with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and align demand plans with business strategy\n\nMonitoring and influencing key inventory and supply KPIs, including forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and service levels\n\nIdentifying opportunities to automate forecast inputs and improve planning tools and governance\n\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory planning, S&OP, or a similar supply chain planning role\n\nStrong analytical capability with experience using Salesforce, ERP, Excel, Power BI, or similar planning tools\n\nExperience leading cross-functional planning discussions and influencing commercial, supply chain, and operational stakeholders\n\nA proactive, organised, and commercially minded approach with the ability to work comfortably with ambiguity\n\nExperience in a technology, hardware, manufacturing, or logistics environment is preferred\n\nWhy you'll love working at EROAD\nEROAD is a true Kiwi success story in the tech sector!
