ABOUT THE COMPANY

We're hiring a People and Workplace Coordinator to run the day-to-day front desk, facilities and office support operations at our Manila office in Tiendesitas, Pasig City.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
This role is the engine room of our Manila office, keeping the workplace running smoothly every single day.
- Own front desk operations and set the tone as the first point of contact for visitors and staff
- Coordinate facilities work including vendors, contractors, building management and general office upkeep
- Manage meeting room bookings and hot-desking across the Manila hub and future permanent spaces
- Support onboarding for new starters joining the Manila office Supervise manpower agency staff working onsite
- Handle general office administration and anticipate issues before they become problems
- Report into the Office Administration Manager and act as a trusted point of contact for confidential matters
WHAT YOU NEED

- A proactive mindset that takes ownership and anticipates needs rather than waiting to be told
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication A professional, customer-first demeanour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook for scheduling and room bookings
- Discretion and reliability when handling confidential information
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Solid facilities-coordination instincts, from vendors and contractors to building management
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3-5 years in office administration, facilities, reception or office support, or equivalent strength in organisation, communication and reliability
