unit, component, integration and end to end levels\nSupport production systems through monitoring, alerting and observability practices\nWork within CI/CD pipelines and trunk-based development to ship reliably\nWHAT YOU NEED\nWe're after strong, production grade backend depth in .NET and genuine comfort directing AI tools, not just using them..\nStrong production backend experience in C#/.NET\nCloud-native architecture and delivery experience on Azure with .NET\nExperience with microservices, event-driven systems and RESTful APIs\nFluency in MongoDB, PostgreSQL or SQL Server, with the ability to reason across data models\nTest automation experience spanning unit, component, integration and end to end levels\nCI/CD, trunk-based development, Docker and deployment pipeline experience\nExperience with monitoring, alerting and observability in production systems\nSerious, hands-on use of AI coding tools or agents, including reviewing, correcting and verifying AI output
