We seek those who share our commitment to customer service, innovation, and ingenuity.\nRole Overview:\nThe detail-oriented, driven, organized, and resourceful Buyer performs a variety of activities to support the day-to-day Procurement and Supply Chain activities. The successful candidate will be a team player, have experience issuing PO’s and have basic knowledge in procurement and supply chain. He or she will be directly responsible for the timely placement of purchase orders, confirm delivery of materials, and will be supporting the Enchanted Rock teams with RFQ processes, source rental of equipment, purchase orders or/and any needed services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess purchase requisitions to purchase orders.\nMaintain PO data in ERP System\nMaintain high degree of communication cooperation and coordination with assigned departments regarding purchase orders.\nWork closely with accounting team to resolve and avoid discrepancies.\nReport any supplier and customer issues.\nWork closely with Procurement Manager to ensure that all purchase requisitions are processed in a timely fashion. \nCommunicate with vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner and escalate issues when necessary. \nEnsure proper documentation is received to confirm delivery. \nAdditional responsibilities may be added at the direction of Company’s management.\nRequirements\n Basic (Required) Qualifications:\nExcellent written and verbal communication abilities\nWell versed in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) \nKeen attention to detail to ensure purchase order accuracy\nPhysical requirements and working conditions: Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and to use standard office equipment, including a computer, stamina to maintain attention to detail despite interruptions, strength to lift and carry up to 10 pounds; vision to read printed materials and a computer screen, and hearing and speech to communicate in person and over the telephone.\nPreferred Qualifications:\n2+ years of experience with Inventory, Supply chain or Procurement.\nSelf-motivated-problem solver.\nPast purchasing experience is preferred \nSelf-starter with the ability to learn quickly\nStrong interpersonal and organizational skills\nFlexible and adaptable to changing work environment\n Benefits:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nCompany-Paid Life Insurance· Flexible Spending Account (FSA)\nWellness Programs and Incentives\n401(k) Retirement Plan & Company Match\nPaid Time Off - Sick & Vacation Time\nPaid Holidays\nDo you have what it takes to join the ERock team?
