We seek those who share our commitment to customer service, innovation, and ingenuity.\nRole Overview:\nWe are seeking Factory Acceptance Testing technicians to oversee the testing, scheduling, and yard control operations for our newly manufactured generators. This role is responsible for executing standardized test procedures, documenting results, identifying issues, and ensuring generators meet company and regulatory requirements. The Second Shift is scheduled from 2:00 PM to 12:00 AM (Midnight).\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform Factory Acceptance Testing on newly manufactured generator systems in accordance with approved procedures, specifications, and work instructions.\nExecuting startup, operational, load, and endurance tests per established procedures\nConducting emissions testing and ensuring accurate data capture and documentation\nIdentifying, documenting, and communicating defects or non-conformances\nTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, controls, instrumentation, engine, and generator-related issues\nAccurately recording test results and maintaining complete test records\nSupporting safe, organized test yard operations\nFollowing all safety procedures and promoting a strong safety culture\nSupport Engineering, Production, and Quality during advanced troubleshooting and root-cause investigations\nRequirements\n Basic (Required) Qualifications:\n2+ years of experience in manufacturing, production testing, or equipment testing preferably within generator or electrical equipment environments.\nWorking knowledge of generator systems, testing procedures, or performance standards\nExperience using testing tools, diagnostic equipment, or related software\nStrong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures\nEffective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally\nCommitment to safety and quality compliance\nAbility to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs\n Preferred Qualifications:\nHave mechanical, electrical, or assembly experience (generator experience preferred)\nAre familiar with emissions testing equipment and computer-aided testing programs\nCan troubleshoot internal combustion engine or electrical system issues\nTake pride in precision, documentation, and quality workmanship\nHigh integrity and reliability\nDemonstrate ERock Core Values: Stay Anchored, Make it Matter, Remain Calm & Confident, Be Resilient, and Keep Imagining\n Benefits:\nCompetitive pay\nPaid training\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nCompany-Paid Life Insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nHealth Savings Account (HSA) with a company contribution\nWellness Programs and Incentives\n401(k) Retirement Plan & Company Match\nPaid Time Off - Sick & Vacation Time\nPaid Holidays\nSafety shoes reimbursement up to $100 each year\nDo you have what it takes to join the ERock team?
