We seek those who share our commitment to customer service, innovation, and ingenuity.\nRole Overview:\nWe are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, and driven assembly technician to add to our manufacturing team. One must be able to work independently and/or with the team to accomplish electrical assemblies for customer generators while handling products with care to deliver quality workmanship.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBeing proficient utilizing a variety of hand tools such as mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and manual types.\nPerforming periodic inspections to identify manufacturing needs.\nPerforming skilled assembly of ERock's Gen sets.\nBeing proficient at learning and utilizing manufacturer specific software to troubleshoot and diagnose engine and control system problems.\nFacilitating all written instructions as directed by work orders, engineered drawings or customer specifications.\nPerforming troubleshooting and repair tasks.\nWorking occasionally in confined areas.\nFollowing company process and procedures for verbal/written communications.\nEnsuring safe operation of electrical equipment by enforcing company and industry standards.\nFollowing company process and procedures for verbal/written communications.\nBeing familiar with or willing to learn and utilize current technology for communication, documentation, and research used by ERock.\nRequirements\n Basic (Required) Qualifications:\nA minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as an engines or electrical technician\nAbility to lead, interpret, and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineered drawings, specifications and other written instructions or procedures to accurately assemble, manufacture, and calibrate our products.\nAbility to follow all job specific or shop instructions (can be verbal or written).\nAbility to read and use measuring devices such as micrometers, scales, pressure gauges, torque wrenches, measuring tapes, electric meters (volts, ohms, amps) etc.\nAttention to detail; is thorough when performing work and conscientious.\nAbility to identify production issues or errors and troubleshoot and make corrections or repairs to parts as needed.\nAbility to follow safety procedures and guidelines.\nMust be able to be on your feet (standing, walking) for multiple 8+ hours per day.\nLifting Ability: Occasionally needs to lift 50 lbs. repetitively\nLevel Reaching Ability: Constant need to extend hands and arms in any direction.\nIntegrity: Work efficiently and effectively with or without supervision.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nHave mechanical, electrical, assembly experience and/or ASE certification.\nHave experience working with computer aided emissions testing programs.\nHave the ability to quickly troubleshoot and repair portable emissions analyzers.\nHave the ability to troubleshoot emissions related issues on internal combustion engines.\nHave knowledge of the TCEQ requirements with regards to chapter 117 rules.\nDisplay the following EROCK Core Values!\n Benefits:\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nCompany-Paid Life Insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nHealth Savings Account (HSA)\nWellness Programs and Incentives\n401(k) Retirement Plan & Company Match\nPaid Time Off - Sick & Vacation Time\nPaid Holidays\nDo you have what it takes to join the ERock team?
