This position supports our 2nd shift (3:00 PM - 12:00 AM/Midnight).\nKey Responsibilities:\nPerform detailed final inspections of electrical and mechanical assemblies to verify compliance with drawings, specifications, work instructions, and quality requirements.\nVerify that all manufacturing operations, testing, inspections, and documentation have been completed accurately prior to product release.\nIdentify, document, and communicate defects, nonconformances, and workmanship issues through established quality processes.\nMaintain accurate inspection records, including photo documentation and supporting evidence of discrepancies.\nReview quality records, test reports, and traceability documentation for completeness and accuracy.\nDetermine product acceptance status and ensure only conforming products are released for shipment.\nWork collaboratively with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve quality concerns and drive corrective actions.\nSupport root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities to reduce defects and improve product quality.\nMaintain compliance with company quality procedures, customer requirements, and applicable industry standards.\nPerform other duties as assigned by the QC Supervisor or Quality Manager.\nAbility to work in a team environment with basic people skills.\nOther responsibilities as directed by QC supervisor or Quality Manager.\nRequirements\n Basic (Required) Qualifications:\n2 years or more manufacturing, mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, or generator field maintenance\nExperience using torque wrenches and basic inspection equipment\nAbility to read mechanical drawings and wiring diagrams\nBasic understanding of electrical connectors, sensors, wiring and circuits\nBasic understanding of engines, hoses, fuel/oil/coolant/exhaust systems\nAbility to document defects clearly and accurately\nComfortable using a computer/tablet for inspection records, Teams chat and basic Microsoft Office knowledge.\n Benefits:\nCompetitive Pay\nMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance\nCompany-Paid Life Insurance\nFlexible Spending Account (FSA)\nHealth Savings Account (HSA)\nWellness Programs and Incentives\n401(k) Retirement Plan & Company Match\nPaid Time Off - Sick & Vacation Time\nPaid Holidays\nDo you have what it takes to join the ERock team?
