Don’t miss out on this great opportunity!\nOur Associate Engagement Manager provides support to our Engagement Managers on implementations, AMS and Phase X projects. This role is responsible for all aspects of project delivery and helps support our customers’ long-term goals. The Associate Engagement Manager will contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday practice and should showcase innovation, strategic thinking and have the drive to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBe a culture champion for ERPA’s core values (Empathy, Responsibility, Passion, Agility)\nBe the key connection between our consultants and the client\nSupport multiple Workday engagements concurrently\nEnsure projects stay within defined scope of Statement of Work (SOW) and meet agreed milestones and budget targets\nGauge and report project health and monitor risks, issues, and escalations\nAssist with status updates and managing weekly, monthly and quarterly customer governance. \nAssist with work assignments & resource management for AMS and Phase X engagements\nEnsure customer satisfaction remains exceptional and customers are referenceable \nExperience and Education Requirements:\n1+ years of experience managing Workday implementations, AMS and Phase X projects with a Workday partner is required.\nExperience managing Workday projects for higher ed/public sector clients is strongly preferred.\nA Workday EM/PM certification is required and must remain in Active status throughout employment with ERPA\nAbility to learn new systems quickly (JIRA, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc.)\nPrior experience managing projects utilizing Smartsheet \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a proactive approach to ensure alignment with customers, consultants, and other internal stakeholders\nMust have excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities\nAbility to travel up to 25%, as needed\nDemonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, coupled with a desire to have fun while building something new (required)\n·\n·\nNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities of this job.\nApplicants are considered for all positions in accordance with statutes and regulations concerning non-discrimination on the basis of race, ancestry, age, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, non-disqualifying disability, veteran status, or other protected classification.\nERPA is an equal opportunity employer, as well as a substance and tobacco free workplace.
