Our team partners closely with clients to optimize their Workday environments, offering services such as application management, Workday evolution and expansions (Phase X implementations), follow-on solutions, analytics, and continuously enhance the user experience.\nPosition Summary:\nERPA is seeking a certified Workday HCM Data Conversion Sr. Consultant who is passionate about helping Workday clients achieve, visualize, and quantify their software investment.\nThe Workday HCM Data Conversion Sr. Consultant will work remotely and will be responsible for supporting data conversion implementation and post-production projects. This role will actively contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday practice and should showcase innovation, strategic thinking and have the drive to make ERPA a Workday partner of choice.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide consulting services on multiple client engagements with limited direction\nBuild, validate and conduct data conversion and strategy for third-party systems into Workday.\nDesign, architect, develop, and deploy functional business process, data conversion and reporting solutions.\nUnderstand client business requirements and provide guidance throughout design, configuration and prototype, and assist clients with testing and move to production efforts\nPartner with Engagement Managers to keep them informed of project status, changes, etc.\nCollaborate with cross-functional counterparts to ensure clear lines of communication and project alignment\nAccurately maintain forecast in a timely manner\nAssist Sales team with orals, demos, and LOEs\nStay up to date on industry knowledge, Workday enhancements, and be able to advise on Workday best practices Provide Exceptional Customer Service to build lasting relationships with clients\nExperience and Education Requirements:\nThe following Workday Certifications with Implementer access are required: Workday HCM Core and Workday Data Conversion Services\n2+ years of consulting experience leading, building, validating and conducting data conversion in Workday for multiple functional areas, such as HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Finance\nExperience with EIBs, Advanced Loads, Object Transporter, and loading baseline configuration is required.\nWorkday implementation experience is required.
