Responsibilities\nProgram Leadership & Delivery\nLead day-to-day management of cybersecurity and information security programs.\nDevelop and maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, and performance metrics.\nCoordinate activities across technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership organizations.\nMonitor program progress, risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.\nEnsure timely completion of program deliverables and strategic objectives.\nStakeholder Engagement & Coordination\nServe as the primary liaison between executives, program leadership, cybersecurity teams, and operational stakeholders.\nFacilitate meetings, working groups, governance forums, and executive reviews.\nCoordinate stakeholder communications and decision-making processes.\nManage action item tracking and issue resolution activities.\nBuild consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.\nStrategic Planning & Reporting\nSupport development of cybersecurity strategies, roadmaps, and implementation plans.\nPrepare executive briefings, dashboards, and status reports.\nTrack program performance using meaningful business and technical metrics.\nDevelop recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and program outcomes.\nSupport leadership decision-making through data-driven analysis and reporting.\nRisk Management & Governance\nTrack program risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.\nSupport governance activities and compliance reporting requirements.\nCoordinate mitigation strategies and corrective actions.\nMaintain program documentation and management artifacts.\nSupport audit readiness and oversight activities as required.\nOrganizational Change & Modernization\nSupport implementation of cybersecurity modernization initiatives.\nCoordinate stakeholder adoption efforts and organizational change activities.\nAssist with workforce engagement, communications, and training initiatives.\nFacilitate collaboration between mission, business, and technology organizations.\nHelp organizations implement sustainable governance and operational practices.\nQualifications\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.\n8+ years of professional experience supporting federal programs, cybersecurity initiatives, technology modernization efforts, or enterprise transformation activities.\n5+ years of program or project management experience.\nExperience managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholder groups.\nExperience developing executive communications, reports, and briefings.\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity, risk management, governance, or compliance concepts.\nStrong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting federal civilian agencies, healthcare organizations, defense agencies, or highly regulated environments.\nExperience supporting enterprise cybersecurity programs.\nExperience supporting digital transformation or modernization initiatives.\nExperience coordinating large, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.\nExperience supporting risk management, governance, or compliance initiatives.\nExperience working within Agile, hybrid, or traditional project management
