analyze performance metrics, and submit them to senior management.\n\nTenders & Proposals: Experience in preparing and managing service tender reports, as well as supervising and sending competitive sales offers to clients.\n\nCross-functional Coordination: Excellent ability to coordinate and collaborate with other departments to align strategies that drive company sales.\n\nPerformance Management: Track record of continuously monitoring sales activities, proactively preventing negative performance trends, and maximizing returns.\n\nTeam Leadership & Recruitment: Capability to select top talent for the department, assess resource and training needs, and foster a positive, high-performing work atmosphere.\n\nCommunication & Negotiation: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills with clients and internal teams.\n\nComputer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM
