Develop, implement, and maintain procedures and programs to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory and client requirements. \nWhat You'll Do\nManage MMRP and environmental remediation projects, including technical and UXO personnel.\nAuthor technical reports including work planning and completion reports.\nDevelop and maintain baseline budgets and schedules for assigned projects. \nCost estimating and review of project plans and specifications to support proposals; project schedules using MS Project and Cost Tracking applications.\nForecast project work on existing contracts.\nReport to supervisor on project status. \nManage project operations to meet project schedules, scopes and budgets.\nRecruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee development of staff. \nManage and build client relationships, including preparing proposals, negotiation of contracts, and maintaining client contacts.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's degree (B.S.) from a 4-year college or university in engineering, geology, or environmental related degree from an accredited college \n3+ years of industry-related experience. \nDemonstrated munitions related or environmental remediation experience to include project/contract start-up and close-out. \nProven leadership in bidding and executing military munitions and environmental remediation projects. \nStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, with previous involvement in preparing project CERCLA process documents (MR QAPP, SI, RIFS, and RA), proposals, submittals, RFIs and close-out documentation. \nAbility to effectively interact with clients, regulatory agencies, field operations, technical staff and subcontractors. \nProficient knowledge of MS Office Suite Products. \nCurrent 40hr HAZWOPER or 8hr Refresher certification or willingness to obtain training and provide certificate of completion prior to the first day of employment. \nAbility to travel up to 25% of the time to project sites which may be in remote locations. \nNice to Have\nProfessional Certification (PE, PMP, and/or PG).\n4-6 years of industry-related experience.\nUSACE/Department of Defense (DoD) contracts experience.\nCalifornia Salary Range\n$100,000—$112,000 USD\nEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.\nERRG is committed to providing a safe work environment and to fostering the health and well-being of its employees.
