Typical tasks are:\nHandling of requirements related to our IT workplace (notebooks, phones, connectivity, etc.) according to our policies\n\nManaging, maintaining and keeping an overview of the company’s technological equipment including the monitoring of budget and compliance with internal IT workplace policies\n\nCreating and reviewing current processes to establish an efficient IT Service Point\n\nSupporting our colleagues and business partners regarding IT workplace requests, questions and complaints\n\nFinding solutions for complex and non-standard requests\n\nInforming our colleagues and business partners about news regarding the IT workplace field\n\nSupporting of IT workplace related projects, e.g. testing new features of our request tool from demand manager’s and user’s perspective\n\nGet in touch with a wide range of technologies, from cutting edge to mainstream.
