We work closely with business Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure reliable operations, effective delivery of changes and continuous improvement of our solutions.\nWhat to do:\nFacilitate Scrum events effectively: Ensure Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives have a clear purpose and lead to meaningful outcomes and actionable improvements.\n\nCoach and develop the team: Foster self-management, shared ownership, cross-functionality and a continuous improvement mindset, helping the team embrace Agile principles rather than simply follow ceremonies.\n\nRemove impediments and improve delivery flow: Address blockers, dependencies, conflicting priorities and unnecessary interruptions to enable the team to focus on delivering value.\n\nPartner with the Product Owner and Solution Manager: Improve backlog readiness, prioritisation and delivery transparency, while contributing to end-to-end improvements of the demand management process in close collaboration with the Solution Manager.\n\nDrive continuous improvement and Agile adoption: Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness, delivery predictability and stakeholder collaboration, using evidence and feedback to implement sustainable changes across the team and the wider organisation.\n\nRequirements\nYou check these boxes:\nAt least 3 years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in product teams, with a strong practical understanding of the Scrum Guide, Scrum accountabilities, events, artifacts and commitments.\n\nProven experience implementing improvements that demonstrably increased team effectiveness, delivery predictability, transparency or overall delivery flow.\n\nStrong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to build self-managing teams, address conflicts constructively and challenge established ways of working.\n\nStrong sense of ownership, initiative and drive, combined with curiosity and a genuine willingness to learn, challenge the status quo and implement changes. We are looking for someone who brings positive energy, proactively identifies opportunities for improvement and follows through to achieve tangible results.\n\nAbility to influence Product Owners, developers, stakeholders and management, and promote Agile principles beyond Scrum events.
