Our more than 2,000 IT experts and enthusiasts are the bank's Digital Muscle.\nWhat to do:\nDesign, implement and continuously improve our enterprise storage solutions and platform capabilities.\n\nProvide Level 3 technical expertise and support for DELL Block Storage, CISCO and Brocade SAN, NetApp NAS and Cloud Object Storage infrastructure.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and problems, identifying and eliminating root causes rather than only addressing symptoms.\n\nOwn the reliability, availability, performance and scalability of storage services and continuously improve them against defined SLAs and SLOs.\n\nImplement monitoring, alerting and observability to provide clear insight into the health, capacity, performance and utilization of storage services.\n\nAutomate operational activities, provisioning and configuration using Terraform, Ansible, scripting or similar technologies.\n\nDevelop standardized and self-service capabilities to reduce manual activities, improve consistency and provide a better experience for internal customers.\n\nCollaborate with database, virtualization, cloud, application and infrastructure teams to design and implement reliable storage solutions.\n\nUnderstand how storage services are consumed by platforms such as VMware vSphere, OpenShift and KVM, and ensure appropriate integration with these environments.\n\nAct as a technical advisor to the Product Owner, challenge existing solutions where appropriate, advocate for high-quality engineering standards, and drive informed technical decisions.\n\nProactively evaluate the current platform, identify technical debt and opportunities for improvement, research emerging technologies, and recommend solutions that improve reliability, efficiency and scalability.\n\nMonitor capacity, utilization and system health, proactively identifying risks and implementing measures to prevent service degradation or capacity-related incidents.\n\nParticipate in disaster recovery planning, resilience testing and recovery exercises for storage services.\n\nDefine and maintain storage standards, best practices and reusable patterns.\n\nCreate and maintain high-quality technical documentation, operational procedures and runbooks.\n\nParticipate in an on-call support rotation and contribute to improving operational readiness and reducing recurring incidents.\n\nContribute to SRE practices such as automation, observability, incident management, problem management, capacity planning and continuous improvement.\n\nRequirements\nYou check these boxes:\n3+ years of active recent experience managing enterprise storage environments, ideally including DELL Block Storage, CISCO and Brocade SAN, NetApp NAS and Cloud Object Storage, or similar technologies.\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise storage concepts, including SAN, NAS, block and object storage, storage provisioning, replication, performance and capacity management.\n\nHands-on recent experience troubleshooting complex storage and SAN environments.\n\nGood understanding of how storage integrates with virtualization and container platforms such as VMware vSphere, OpenShift and KVM.\n\nUnderstanding of backup, replication and disaster recovery concepts and how they integrate with enterprise storage platforms.\n\nFamiliarity with hybrid infrastructure and cloud-based disaster recovery models.\n\nActive experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management;
