It is designed as the primary integration point to acquire all relevant data sources (group data systems, local AT banks, CEE countries) for its further processing and analysis to support our business partners and users.\nThe team’s responsibilities include:\nBuild the Data Lake and other Databricks-based solutions to grow to maximum extent in terms of the usability and benefit for the bank\n\nBuilding the know-how of the Cloud technologies to develop cloud-based solutions\n\nSupport for data lake consumers with their free-form analytics, data discovery needs and data-science activities\n\nAcquiring the data from the respective local AT banks, CEE countries and various group source systems\n\nBeing the first DQ gate ensuring the data fulfills the predefined data constraints and rules\n\nWhat to do:\nIntegrate and implement ETL process for the various source systems for both batch and streaming data integrations within DataBricks\n\nContribute to the architecture and design of how to build and extend our Databricks based Data Lake\n\nCollaborate with business and IT users in the area of AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, BI and DWH\n\nIdentify and implement various innovations/improvements bringing the stability, robustness and future extendibility of the solution\n\nYou check these boxes:\nYou are passionate person when it comes to the data and technical disciplines\n\nYou are reliable person that drives the topics on their own with full responsibility of the final outcome considering quality and efficiency\n\nPossess a knowledge of Cloud technologies\n\nProficiency in Python and SQL\n\nYou have experience with data ingestion procedures\n\nStrong analytical skills, with keen attention to detail\n\nBe fluent in English (written and also spoken communication is required)\n\nWhy you will like us:\nPossibility to benefit and learn from our international, talented and passionate community at Erste\n\nInterest groups and clubs: Take part in discussions and get involved in projects.
